When you contact or book with us, we may receive your name, telephone number, postcode and delivery address, requested date, chosen package, messages, payment and booking information, and details needed to deliver and collect the equipment.
3. Why we use it
We use this information to respond to enquiries, check whether you are within our delivery area, agree and perform a booking, take payment, deliver and collect equipment, provide support, protect our equipment, keep appropriate business records and deal with disputes.
4. Our lawful reasons
We mainly use information because it is necessary to take steps at your request before a booking and to perform our agreement with you. We may also use it for our legitimate interests in running and protecting the service, and to meet legal obligations such as tax and accounting requirements.
5. Who receives it
We do not sell personal information. Information may be handled by service providers needed to run the service, such as WhatsApp/Meta, payment providers or professional advisers. Those providers may process information under their own privacy terms. We may also disclose information where required by law.
6. How long we keep it
Unsuccessful enquiry information is normally deleted when it is no longer needed, typically within 12 months. Booking, payment and accounting records may need to be kept for up to six years. Information may be retained longer where reasonably necessary for a live complaint, claim or legal requirement.
